Quarterly magazine InnoForum presenting state-of-the art strategic, transformation and change management know-how. InnoForum was printed and disseminanted from 1991 to 2003. It was replaced by electronic InterManager-InterLeader Inspiration Series.

The latest addition (since 2004) is InterLeader® - Certification Program in Strategy Generation, Change Management and Leadership Development.

 

 

Regional activities – occasional topical seminars in Western Bohemia and Northern Moravia, traditional centres of Czech industrial production

 

 

Organisation of international field trips for senior Czech executives to study the best practices in topical areas, such as intellectual capital management, core competence-oriented strategies, business model redefinition, e-Business strategies, entrepreneurship enhancement; we visited hubs of global business leadership such as California’s Silicon Valley, Sweden’s Greater Stockholm Area, Hong Kong and Shanghai, Florida, Boston Area, Ireland or Israel
